LC Viljoen Incorporated Attorneys was founded by Leon Christiaan Viljoen on the 1st of March 1989. Since then the firm has grown and developed into a prominent law firm we are today.

We have built a reputation of service excellence and are highly regarded for our integrity and honesty, and widely considered as one of the leading practices in Centurion and Pretoria.

We are on the panels of four of the largest banks in South Africa namely; ABSA, FNB, Nedbank and Standard Bank – enabling us to receive instructions from the banks directly and to facilitate better service to all parties involved.

Attorney and Conveyancer

Leon graduated at the University of Pretoria with a B.Proc degree on 22 April 1982.

He served his articles at Von Bratt and Jacobs Incorporated and was admitted as an Attorney on 3 January 1984. After his admission as an Attorney he practised as a Director at Von Bratt & Viljoen Incorporated for a period of 5 years.

LC Viljoen Incorporated was founded by Leon Viljoen on

1 March 1989, together with the support and guidance of his wife Hilde a dynamic and dedicated Conveyancing Secretary and Business Woman.

Leon is an esteemed leader and the motivator of the firm with extensive knowledge and experience in civil litigation, property law and the general legal field.

Leon Viljoen is highly regarded and well respected in the legal community.

S K BECKER (SHANÉ)

Director

Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public

Shané joined the firm in December 2014 after completing her B.Comm, Law and LLB degrees at the University of Pretoria.

Shané completed her articles under the guidance and direction of her father, Leon Viljoen and is now admitted and practising as an Attorney since August 2016.

Shané was admitted as a Notary Public and Conveyancer in 2017.

LEGAL SUPPORT STAFF

Our father-daughter Attorney team is supported and assisted by Conveyancing Paralegals, Office Administrators, Financial Manager and Office Assistants ensuring that there are always sufficient staff to manage and attend to legal matters.

It is due to this dynamic team, some of them being in the firms employment for over 20, 15 and 10 years, with their passion, commitment and loyalty that the firm has grown and developed into a prominent law firm that strive to legal excellence.
